  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present credit management, vision and strategy in internal and external forums

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Director of Solar Operations to lead a team to monitor and control projects through administrative and specialized expertise with the Home Energy System division

  • As the Director of Solar Operations, you will be responsible for leading operations support teams in coordination with the Customer Operations and Sales Managers
  • This is a key leadership position with the responsibility for building and scaling the solar support operations to match the growth of the business
  • Manage relationships and/or agreements with external partners and/or vendors Safeguard and augment the efficiency of Company’s solar operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success
  • Build and Develop a high-performing team of solar obsessed professionals that will do anything they can to support the goal of helping our customers go solar
  • Collaborate with other key team members to set long-term operating strategy and vision
  • Manage marketing and promotional of the solar division, in collaboration with the marketing department
  • Develop a standard operating procedure suite for solar operations
  • Responsible for Customer Journey from Sale to Install including
  • Speed and Cycle Times pre install
  • Identifies and implements opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Review operational procedures and ensure conformance to industry best-practices
  • Analyze and monitor team performance to iteratively improve upon cycle times
  • Be a key strategic stakeholder in the development of new product rollouts
